Folkestone! Marvin our hero is on his way to see you!

Marvin’s Market Adventure and Grandma’s Special Birthday Picnic – a multi-sensory story telling session for all the family, inclusive of all children

In association with the Lime Café Bar Folkestone 

Gwyn McCormack, author of Marvin’s Market Adventure and Grandma’s Special Birthday Picnic tells and performs the story of Marvin a kind and helpful little boy who wanted to make a special birthday picnic for his Grandma. Marvin writes his shopping list and takes his big shopping bag to the market little knowing who he would meet and the MAGIC that would take place.

Gwyn will bring Marvin’s story adventure to the market place alive through a multi-sensory experience for all the children with  wonderful props and lots of audience actions, plus everyone will be able to sing and clap along to Marvin’s song ‘Welcome to the wonderful world of Marvin’

Children will meet Flora Flower, Fishman Phil, Veg Man Vernon, Barbara Baker the lovely cake maker, feel the big bumpy fish and the little shiny fish, explore the apples, smell the flowers and be part of a wonderful fun literacy experience.

Marvin is our hero he loves to meet new people and make new friends be sure not to miss this special performance in Folkestone !
